- The Beaumont Event Center is part of a redevelopment led by SWA of 16 acres for downtown Beaumont to serve as a catalyst counteracting the devastation of Hurricane Rita.

The building serves as a focal point addressing the lake and Great Lawn providing space for functions such as business meetings, trade shows, Quincinerras and civic celebrations.

Three primary, flexible meeting rooms may be comined with the lobby to serve as many as a thousand people in the 18,500 square foot building.
