The Houston Business Journal released its list of finalists for the 2017 Landmark Awards, and three of Studio RED Architects’ projects made the cut – The Foshee Family House of Tiny Treasures, Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land, and West End Church.
The Foshee Family House of Tiny Treasures was nominated for Community Impact – a development that positively and uniquely impacts the area. West End Church was nominated for Public Assembly – which includes schools, churches, YMCAs, stadiums and libraries. And The Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land was nominated in both the Public Assembly and Hospitality – which includes hotels, entertainment venues and theme parks.
Partner Pete Ed Garrett notes that, “Studio RED is proud to have three projects make the list of esteemed finalists. We are passionate about designing projects that positively impact our community.”
The winners will be recognized at the Houston Business Journal Landmark Awards event on Thursday, April 20.
About Studio Red Architects
