sustainable design civic renovation project

Studio RED Architects is proud to have one of our projects included in the “We Built This City” exhibition. The exhibit, organized by local nonprofit Blueprint Houston, showcases some of Downtown Houston’s most significant architectural projects from the last 30 years. Our renovation of the City of Houston Permitting Center at 1002 Washington Avenue is featured among such notable projects as The Julia Ideson Library on McKinney, Sesquicentennial Park at 400 Texas, and The Houston Ballet Center for Dance. The building was recently awarded LEED Gold certification and was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as a top renovation project.

The “We Built This City” exhibit is located on the second floor of One Allen Center at 500 Dallas Street and is open to the public at no charge. It will run through July 5th.
