Fine dining is all about communicating through the senses. From the sense of taste to the sights, sounds, and smells of a restaurant, effective non-verbal communication plays a critical role in a restaurateur properly reflecting the intention of his or her brand to the world. Studio RED Architects was thrilled to be selected to design the Houston-based Poitín, a beautiful new 8,000-square-foot restaurant that features an eclectic menu with global dishes and drinks.
Given the number of accolades the restaurant has received for both its food and its atmosphere, Studio RED takes pride in creating a space that complimented this restaurant’s diverse and extravagant offerings.
A Modern Dining Experience Set in Sawyer Yards
Step inside this restaurant and you will instantly be treated to a lively and elegant atmosphere. Our architects combined dark woods with spacious taupe booths to provide much-needed room to patrons while maintaining a cozy feel. Not far from the main dining area you will find a bar and private dining rooms, and the large 1,200-square-foot patio provides patrons with breathtaking downtown skyline views of Houston.
