Studio Red congratulates River Pointe Church and The Coffee House at West End for being recognized with a 2025 ULI Development of Distinction Award for Historical Redevelopment! Judges cited one of the project’s distinctive attributes was its role as a “third space” for the community as coffee shops in the area are lacking. In addition to the industrial aesthetic that exposed brick and wooden beams, the project also exhibits the creativity of the church in finding ministry opportunities that engage their community.
