Studio RED was selected to assist Goode Company with the relocation an existing seafood restaurant. Exterior work performed includes designing a new main entrance, covered drive through drop off area, an 800-sf patio seating area with building access, a 485-sf enclosed service yard with man door and rolling gate, and a new service entry with roll-up door and man door. Interior work includes a total restaurant build out of shell retail space with bar, dining room, elevator, stairs, egress stairs, restrooms, and a 2,840-sf commercial kitchen.
