Studio RED was selected to design a new 31,100-sf Visual & Performing Arts building for instructional teaching and featuring art studios for painting and drawing, a 340-seat proscenium theater and a 100- seat black box theater with a scene shop, and orchestra rehearsal rooms. The exterior shape is sculptural in nature with a circular form and multi-colored black ribbons wrapping and enclosing interior spaces.
