Studio RED was selected to provide full architectural services for the Veranda community amenity center, known as the “The Cottage House,” and the pool building. The center is composed of a 1,500-sf cardio and circuit training activity room with a massage suite, 640-sf multipurpose meeting room with a catering kitchen and serving area attached, and almost 1,100 sf of lobby space including a child mezzanine play area, reception desk, and workspace offices. The multipurpose room opens onto the veranda style porch through a large folding door within the space so users can enjoy the large patio areas. The site of the amenity center includes a public swimming pool, pool building, splash pad, playground, and outdoor walking trails along the site perimeter, allowing users to enjoy the indigenous landscape.
